Senior Management

Robert was the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Master Card International for 15 years and was responsible for all legal and corporate secretarial matters affecting MasterCard. He commenced the practice of law with the Wall Street law firm of Shearman and Sterling.

As the CFO for this start up financial services company, Steve was responsible for securing seed capital from the parent company, establishing relationships with US based regulatory authorities and the implementation of financial reporting systems and controls. He also managed the accounting, auditing and human resource functions. In addition, he has experience in M & A, SOX compliance, marketing and operations.

Steve is both a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Financial Planner. He graduated with a MBA degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University and holds several FINRA licenses.

Mr. Powell has more than 15 years of sales experience and specializes in helping small businesses develop sales strategies, build sales departments, and expand sales revenue and growth.

Kevin was also a key developer of strategies and was responsible for leading implementation teams for the purchase of New Zealand and multiple offshore businesses.

Kevin Lawler resides in Christchurch, New Zealand, and manages the NZX reporting and compliance responsibilities in liaison with the New Zealand resident directors.

He joined Diligent Member Services NZ Limited in 2003 after running his own consultancy organization in the UK for six years. This consultancy was a pioneer in the concept of AJAX web applications and Software-as-a-Service.

Al Percival heads up all operational aspects of the company, while managing software development and implementation.

She also has experience of working in other senior roles involving project management, infrastructure management and systems support for US corporations, including eOne Global, govWorks.com and International Fund Services.

In the early 90's Marc Daniels was responsible for the formation of PrePRESS Direct where he drove sales to US$75 million plus by utilising an outbound telemarketing staff coupled with regional sales directors and international distribution. Between 1997 and 2001, Marc Daniels was instrumental in developing UGO.com, a leading destination website.

In 2003 he was recruited from Flextronics Test, where he was COO, to spearhead the growth of Diligent Board Member Services LLC and the Diligent Boardbooks product.

Over the last decade, Eslinda has been responsible for managing CNN's broadcast affiliate relations and the syndication & business development of the network's broadcast news services, as well as managing CNN's and Turner International's marketing strategy including brand management, sponsorship, corporate events and creative services across the Asia Pacific Region.

Prior to joining Diligent Board Member Services Michael held executive management positions in companies such as Survey Sampling International, CYA Technologies and Concentrex (formerly MECA Software). Michael also held senior engineering positions at Apple Computer and Data General.

Michael heads up all global software development & testing, infrastructure, and product management.
