Since every new client is different, we devise a plan specific to your needs. Some of the typical implementation steps that take place include:

• A date is set for the first "Diligent Boardbooks" Board Meeting.
• You provide us with the names, titles and contact information for the Directors, Legal Counsel and Admin staff who will be involved.
• The Boardbooks application program is personalized with your unique corporate logo, graphics and other information.
• We give custom, one-on-one training with your Legal Counsel and Admin team to show them how to create a book, build the index, and upload the documents that go into building your book.
• Then, at the first "Diligent Boardbooks" Board Meeting, we give the Directors the brief hands-on training that's needed. Or, if you prefer, we can set up individual one-on-one custom training sessions for the Directors prior to the first "Diligent Boardbooks" Board Meeting.
• That's it. From this point on, we give you any additional training you desire at no additional cost—whenever you need it, as often as you need, as long as you need.

And, of course, we're available 24/7/365 to answer any questions or help in any way possible—to insure your Diligent Boardbooks Board Meetings are functioning perfectly.
