NBT's Experience With Its Directors

Each Director received individual one-on-one training until they were completely comfortable with their new Boardbooks system. Because Boardbooks is so simple and intutive, the required training was actually very minimal.

Their main board books and committee books were easily viewed on the Internet. They were password-protected, absolutely secure, and there were no extra applications to learn.

Each of the NBT Directors was able to view the content as the book was being assembled, and comment on it and attach personal notations. They could also print specific documents or tabs. They could access their board papers from anywhere in the world, anytime they wanted. Everything was on their laptops—there were no more trolley loads of books to haul around.
